Oh right, I did.

This, babies, is my question of the day:

What ~one~ piece of advice do you wish someone had given you before you bought your home?

Better yet, what unsolicited advice did grumble at, but learn from?

Make sure your lender officer isn’t a twit? Run a sexual predator search (for potential compatibility)? Check for bats in the belfry?

It’s not my imagination.

Common psychological symptoms of PMS:

Dear Mother Nature,

Only in the dirty dirty would this behavior seem acceptable. Only in the aftermath of daylight savings would you pound me with an 80+ degree, pollen riddled day and follow it up with a morning of green/yellow skies and thunderstorms. You might as well have slipped me a rufie.
