   When I was in Europe I rented one of those for a weekend. They are quite the little mover. Perfect for those narrow european roads. Yes they are very fun and cool cars, but what does Jack have to say about this….?

   I’m thinking I’ll wait until after the initial rush, and by then Jack will be all paid for…so I’ll drive her till her wheels fall off and on special occasions…but use the Smartie for a daily driver.

   I have been waiting for something similar for a while as well and still keep my jeep. I am just waiting for something with even better gas mileage than the smart car. Give me 60-100 miles a gallon and I am sold.

   Why can’t they manufacture an economical, environmentally responsible car that doesn’t look completely emasculating. Sigh.
