8:30 – it’s getting darker earlier, some of the shops up the street are closed on Monday nights so there’s a reduction in pedestrian traffic, not to mention the cold keeping people in.

I guess they figure “if no one is looking…”

A while back a guy here in Austin got no-billed when he took out someone hamburglering his car. He shot from his second story apt across the parking lot.
