Plenty of golfers don’t like sand traps, they’re strategically placed around the course to thwart your attempts to reach your goal, giggling at you from down the fairway and seemingly jumping up to catch your ball in flight.

Me? I like ‘em. There’s sand, there’s sun and there’s a rake involved, which really just makes it feel like a wee zen garden in the middle of my game. I use the time in the bunker to center myself and my game, which is good considering how much time I spent in them (when not running away from alligators).

And in an uber rare appearance and bonus round: The Mc.

Meaning why is it there? If so, b/c I was sitting in it next to the tee box.

We will have to play hookie one day and golf together - we’ll bring buckets and shovels for our time in the sand.

Nice pick of The Mc - he’ll be like that guy in Tim Allen’s show - all of his appearances will be JUST vague enough that you wouldn’t pick him out walking down the sidewalk. :)

    B’zactly, Bear. ;)

  5. Did I mention there are four 18-hole golf courses within minutes of our house…and a guest room?

I’m not sayin’, I’m just sayin’.

  6. Ahh, me so stupid. I thought that was some sort of golf cart barrier or something due to the crocs. And by crocs I mean alligator not those ugly shoes.

Croc just sounds much meaner than alligator.
