They keep telling you you're working out, and birning off your breakfast, and your heart will be thanking you later, etc. but you are saying to yourself "yeah, whatever, I'm just playing in the water - splish, splash, splish, splash - stop talking, spandex girl, and turn up that Katrina and the Waves song if you're gonna play it."
