You may take the elevator if you are traveling more than two floors down.
You may take the elevator if you are traveling more than one floor up.
Otherwise, you will take the stairs allowing your colleagues and your waistline to appreciate your consideration.
Office kitchen etiquette:
You will not cook your stankazz fish leftovers at 10am…or really…ever.

You may not use the elevator when there is a fully functioning system of escalators, unless you are “hauling” something.
