I don’t like to title photos.
To me, it feels strained. Forced. Contrived. As though I’m trying too hard to make someone see something a particular way by being excessively cryptic and a poor poet.

I do that enough with my writing.

Interesting. I feel that a photo without a title is undone. In fact, many of the photos I take occur because I’ve conjured a title for the shot as I decide whether or not to shoot a scene.
Regardless, your APG shots from last evening are very good — but you already know that otherwise you probably wouldn’t have posted them.

I hear ya, and FTR, not judging anyone who does title their photos.
To your point, more times than not I see something and have several possible titles fly through my head – which is another part of it. If it conjures up so many options for me, it might conjure up many for someone looking – and I don’t want to inhibit their experience/perception.
Does that make sense?

For me, I appreciate titling as an added bonus from the photog. A lingquistic snapshot to compliment the image. You have a gift for both Maigh.
